Nominate students from Caddo and Bossier parishes who have displayed outstanding leadership within a volunteer organization. From elementary school to high school, we are looking for exceptional members of the 4-H, FCA or any other volunteer organization.*

Beginning February 14, two young leaders (one each from Caddo and Bossier parishes) will be selected each week for eight weeks Each week’s winners will be featured in The Times, Bossier Press-Tribune and on Kiss Country 93.7FM

Each winner’s school will receive $1,000 in needed equipment or supplies

Two lucky winners from Caddo Parish and two from Bossier Parish will be selected from all honorees to win personal laptop computers
